Hey S 93, would love to have you as my newest buddy. I don't have any one from Salt Lake City. Love the salt flats near you.

S93...Texas is where the refinery's are. I see some one from Canada ask why not build them there what I tell him is that the pipe line will feed more than one refinery. The pipeline is cheaper to build than a several refinerys.

S93...Spending & print more...devalues...agreed.

"That's where the spotlight belongs - on the Democratic Obama administration who allowed (even encouraged) to allow gas prices to go this high." Great post! When Obama was running for office he said we'd all be paying more for energy and electricity. Those two things help to fuel increases in prices as well as the monetizing of debt that Bernanke is doing and both help to create inflation. By-the-way, one of my bosses is thinking of using water/hydrogen as a supplemental fuel, like a few others I know doing it. You should as well.

"Someone needs to read up on the laws of thermodynamics." Sometimes you have to say "Screw the laws of thermodynamics" or the same with the laws of physics. If I and others only listened to those laws, none of us would have improved our gas mileage, none of us would have already used water to power or partially power vehicles. I know of or know three people here in Tampa Bay using water to partially power their vehicles. It takes time and money, neither of which I have enough of at the moment, otherwise I'd be doing it again myself. It can be done. There's more besides them doing it, here and elsewhere, and more will now that gas is back up past $3 a gallon. Just wait until it hits $5 a gallon, more will still. This has even been on the news on occasion in the past in certain areas. But, with Big Oil out there and the powers that be, it's not being done on a mass scale. You could do it as well.

I've been preaching about sugar cane for 2 years. We used to grow sorghum cane when I was growing up for the cows. Cane even takes less resources to grow than corn.
