"Someone needs to read up on the laws of thermodynamics." Sometimes you have to say "Screw the laws of thermodynamics" or the same with the laws of physics. If I and others only listened to those laws, none of us would have improved our gas mileage, none of us would have already used water to power or partially power vehicles. I know of or know three people here in Tampa Bay using water to partially power their vehicles. It takes time and money, neither of which I have enough of at the moment, otherwise I'd be doing it again myself. It can be done. There's more besides them doing it, here and elsewhere, and more will now that gas is back up past $3 a gallon. Just wait until it hits $5 a gallon, more will still. This has even been on the news on occasion in the past in certain areas. But, with Big Oil out there and the powers that be, it's not being done on a mass scale. You could do it as well.
