And, yes, you're absolutely right, we'll never see the heydays of the 60's and those WERE good days and we did have plenty of REAL jobs, though there were always poor and homeless people back then as well. But life was better then for most of us and most people I met then, young or old. Maybe one in 100 had it really bad here back in those days, but now I know well into the double digits who have it bad out of 100 people. I did manage to get gas, premium gas for a co-worker last month for 11 cents a gallon, because of Winn-Dixie's fuel perks. If you have them there, sign of for the rewards card, and the same with Kmart, Big Lots and all the rest you can. Even with Kmart you can get 30 cents off a gallon, and it pays to shop at those places to enable better savings. You'll never get it at Walmart or Target alone as some are now learning.

Funny that you don't like DS9, and I've never seen Omega Man or Galaxy Quest OR Timeline, but I sure will now.

That's for sure, it's helping quite a few people, but there's still millions of us who don't drive waiting for a break on food prices and other goods, since they're not going to give us a break on rent, electric, water, etc. They're not going to give us a break on bus fares either. Anyhow, since we're in the season, a very Feliz Navidadl/Linksmu Kaledu/Merry Christmas and a very Godt Nytt Ar/Stastny Novy Rok/Happy New Year to you, your family and friends. Hope it's good for all of us. Mine is only better because of working. No, you can never learn too many ways to say Live long and prosper, Yes, No, Thank you, Merry Christmas, Hello, How are you, I know, among so many others.

I miss the old Amoco stations and Amoco gasoline. Was some of the best gasoline period.

Don't think that I'm being unappreciative, or that I'm being smart or sassy, but it's just the truth. Too many are on food stamps and without work, and the government refuses to count them among the rest of us who are working and say unemployment is improving, just like they did under Bush, Clinton, the first Bush, Reagan and Carter. I know too many people, including ALL of my co-workers that haven't had a raise in over four to 10 years, and it's not just at my company or in this area alone.

"Now that's got to be a big boost to the economy. More Christmas presents, more visits to Regal Cinemas, more visits to Applebee's and don't forget a run up to the ski resort. Hey, that all adds up to more jobs and even more cash to spread around." While that's true to one degree, you've got over 100 million poor people living here in this country now. I'm one of them. You really think that it's helping me or the others that much? You really think it's helping to create a lot of jobs? It's creating some, it's helping some you others, but for too many of us, we don't have enough to begin with.

You are right! Dry climate, little snow and a garage for the car make body issues almost non-existent. At 6000 feet, the sun can do a job on plastic.

Hey Bart, you don't actually ride that thing in the background in your photo do you? lol...The LA Times took this photo of me when they were doing a story about me. The train station is across the road and I do take the train all the time. Beats driving.

Yes, you got my little joke. When I view this on my PC, it's fine. I was looking from my smart phone and the 2x message about fuel points was covering a big part of your page. Now, on my PC, I can see the pictures. Cool Pictures!
