It's fun to see an article from 18 months ago pop up to the top of the list once in a while.

We'd KILL for prices like this today!

A good friend was in Ireland & Italy recently & prices were about $2.20 per liter /$8.40 per gallon in Ireland .Prices in Rome were about $9.00 -$9.50 per gallon .Wonder why 75% of vehicles there are diesel, with their superior economy + 50c-75c less per gallon ????.

What a cruel joke this was to bring back up now at a time where people are having trouble paying all their bills plus trying to put enough gas in the tank to make it back and forth to work. Who ever did this you need to be smacked in the back of the head!!

Proper Comparitaves are EPA formuoations especially octane

Colorado is e10 at 85 octane
normal 87 octane is Rocky Mt Midagare at a 10c surcharge.

eg. $3.39 e10 -85 octane is 10c LESS than National Average...

E10 comparitave in CO would be $3.49 ($3.39 Plus 10c) vs $3.65 national avg..
